The 15-module certificate program in Evidence-Based Management is a certified course offered in partnership via the Center for Evidence-Based Management (CEBMa) and Carnegie Mellon University. It consists of 15 interactive modules designed to enhance students’ managerial skills through a distinctive, hands-on approach. These modules cover all six steps of evidence-based management. On its completion, your students will be able to: • Ask: Identify the need for evidence and translate this need into a focused question • Acquire: Systematically search for and/or retrieve evidence • Appraise: Critically judge the trustworthiness and relevance of the evidence • Aggregate: Weigh and pull together the evidence • Apply: Incorporate the evidence into practice/the decision-making process • Assess: Evaluate the outcome of the practice/decision taken
