
What is the returning policy ?
Returning request is uploaded by contacting us via TickBook email "tickbook@idev.com.sa", WhatsApp Store or by the live Chat button. Your application will be reviewed and contacted for more details. After the request is approved, you will be provided with the approximate date of return.
How is the customer refunded?
The payment will be refunded via bank transfer to the customer's account or to the credit card from which it was withdrawn in the same order. The payment will be delivered within 3-14 days from the date of cancellation of the Activation code of the purchased book.
Cases with which the book cannot be returned:
If the returning request is submitted after the specified time, which is one day from the date of receipt and if the code is activated and the book is used.
Delivery Methods:
The Online TickBook Store only sends your orders via the certified university email when registering at the store. The student/customer bears any incorrect or inaccurate data related to the email or the required student data when registering at the store. Our goal is to get you the order up to a maximum of 2-3 hours.
Protection:
Our online store team makes every effort to keep our site free of viruses, you need to make sure you use appropriate programmes and software to detect viruses and any other harmful content online on your computer or smartphone. We have the right at any time to modify, stop selling, stop services, sell any of our products, or stop online shopping temporarily or permanently with or without prior notice. If our services are discontinued after payment, we are obliged to refund you, in accordance with the return policy.
