What is the returning policy ?

Returning request is delivered by contacting us via TickBook email "tickbook@idev.com.sa", WhatsApp Store or by the live Chat button. Your request will be reviewed and contacted for more details. After the request is approved, you will be provided with the approximate date of return.

 

How is the customer refunded?

The payment will be refunded via bank transfer to the customer's account or to the credit card used in the same order. The payment will be delivered within 3-14 days from the date of cancellation of the Activation code of the purchased book.

 

Cases with which the book cannot be returned:

 

If the returning request is submitted after the specified time, which is one day from the date of receipt.

If the code is activated and the book is used.
