When mysterious West African trader Wheold Durand flees to Berlin, his friend Johnny Fresne reluctantly goes with him. But the ghosts of Durand's shady past stalk him even in Europe. After a voodoo witch doctor arrives seeking revenge, Durand mysteriously vanishes, leaving behind a shocking murder scene. Fresne follows a faint trail of Durand's trademark Black Lily perfume into the winding streets of Berlin's wealthy suburbs, desperate to find his double-crossing companion before the witch doctor gets his brutal retribution.
