Discription

The KwaZulu-Natal Ingonyama Trust 3KZ of 1994 provides for the establishment of the Ingonyama Trust and for certain land to be held in trust; and for matters incidental thereto. * The Communal Land Rights Act 11 of 2004 provides for legal security of tenure by transferring communal land, including KwaZulu-Natal Ingonyama land, to communities, or awardings comparable redress; for the conduct of a land rights enquiry to determine the transition from old order rights to new order rights; for the democratic administration of communal land by communities; for Land Rights Boards; for the co-operative performance of municipal functions on communal land; and for matters incidental thereto.
