The animals seem to have a "natural code" of conduct that's built in from birth. Did the Creator leave that out of all humans? Could it be that a religion is needed when the properties therein are not hardwired by natural means. Consequently, how to be moral, good and right, has to be nurtured, because it's missing by nature? Historically, religion, aside of land, has been one of the most prevailing reasons for which wars have been fought. When reflecting back approximately 6,000 years, this fact can be supported easily.Religion as well has been used to exploit whole races and nations of people around the world. Its negative effect has been so drug-like, that it's being widely considered by many as the "Opium" of the masses.
