Caribbean Private International Law is the only indigenous text describing the rules that apply in the 15 member states of the Caribbean community regarding the regulation of cross-border activities. It describes the rules regarding the regulation of cross-border activities and covers relevant aspects of transactions in both commercial and family matters, and highlights the importance of private international law to the economic and financial development in the Caribbean.
